Dealing With Drama

In this episode, Sarah and Jez discuss how easy it is to get involved in drama that isn’t ours. They look at the Karpman Drama Triangle to give some insight into the different roles that we take on when drama is going on and how we can make a shift into the more positive Winners Triangle (Choy 1990) to help us to respond to situations rather than react, so taking the drama out of the drama.
