Creating Space For Ourselves

In this session, Sarah and Jez discuss the importance of creating space to allow you to process information as well as to help relieve stress and so help your health and well-being. They also look at how if you can't remember something it's best to ‘park it’ and so creating space that will allow the information to come to you. They discuss how distracted and busy we are in our lives and how creating space can help us to ensure that we stay in flow. They also remind us not to feel guilty for taking a bit of time out and how it can give us clarity and the ability to hear ourselves.
