Creating A Healing Habit
In this episode, Sarah and Jez discuss the importance of creating a healing habit and how there are many things we can do that are loving and kind towards ourselves and others, which have a healing effect as well as using more formal healing options. They explore how important it is to have an awareness of your thoughts words and actions so that they are loving and therefore have a healing effect.
They also discuss how healers are in all walks of life and how we heal on many levels. They remind us of the importance of not only loving yourself but of healing yourself first, and how important it is to acknowledge and feel any emotions that are triggered in us so that we release them in a constructive way rather than bury them and let them fester.
They talk about how a simple smile has a healing effect, lifting others and creating a positive ripple effect which ripples through the whole population so helping to heal everyone. There are so many simple things that we can do that will help us and others to heal on many levels when we make them part of our day.
