Choices

In this episode, Sarah and Jez explore choices and how we always have choices open to us even when we feel like we don't have a choice. They explore how choices have consequences/outcomes which help to give us learning as we move along our journey of self-discovery. They look at how when we make choices from a place of fear we are in our heads and when we make choices from a place of love we are in our hearts. They also discuss how choices are neither good nor bad they are an opportunity for learning and growth.
