About Forgiveness
In this session, Sarah and Jez look at the importance of forgiveness and give some insight into how they see forgiveness. Being forgiving allows you to let go of toxic emotions and energies that may be affecting you in a detrimental way. When you are forgiving yourself or someone else you are not condoning what was said or what happened you are recognising that the negativity that relates to not being forgiving is unhealthy and you can make a different choice.
