In this episode, Sarah and Jeremy discuss how sometimes things (or symptoms) can appear to get worse before they get better, highlighting the importance of listening to ourselves and the universe. They emphasise that healing is a journey rather than a quick fix, and that letting go of expectations allows healing to unfold naturally.
If our expectations related to healing aren't met, it doesn't mean that healing hasn't occurred; it indicates that what needed healing was different from our expectations, and therefore other aspects needed to be addressed before getting to the root cause of the issues.

In this podcast, Sarah and Jeremy discuss the importance of stepping back to be able to move forward. Whether it is something we are working on - a drama happening, or decisions being made - taking the time to step back, ensure we are in the moment and check in with ourselves, helps us to keep on track with what we are doing, instead of getting embroiled in other people's dramas, and make decisions with as much knowledge and understanding as possible, and enable us to make the best decisions.
They remind us that we are human beings rather than human doings and so it is important to take time out and allow ourselves to just be so that we are open to all the opportunities the universe is bringing to us.

In this Podcast, Sarah and Jeremy talk about Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and how it is more prevalent than many realise. They look at how it can manifest as physical symptoms as well as psychological or emotional ones.
They discuss how labelling is often seen as very negative, and yet when a formal medical diagnosis is given it gives an explanation as to why the person is feeling how they are feeling. They explore how anyone displaying different symptoms will have had different experiences leading to the symptoms manifesting, and how each person’s healing journey is specific to them and what they need to heal to reduce symptoms and any medication they are on (with their doctor's support).

In this episode, Sarah and Jez discuss persistence and how, when you are looking at whether you need to persist with something or not, you need to listen to your heart and see if it feels right to persist. They look at the importance of desire for the outcome and to know that the end goal is achievable.
They suggest that is it important to set achievable objectives so that you can see positive progress being made. If positive progress isn't being made, then they suggest that you need to stop and ask yourself if it is the right thing to persist, or does something need to change for you to get the outcome you desire.
They also look at the persistence of direction and persistence of action and how important it is to ensure you are heading in the right direction and, if you are, that you persist with the actions needed to reach the desired outcome.

In this episode, Sarah and Jez explore critical thinking and whether it is the polar opposite of working with your intuition. They look at how, when you are critically thinking, you are exploring a subject without bias to gain greater insight and understanding so helping you to find your own truth. This works best when you combine it with working with your intuition.
If we are in our heads and questioning things, then we can easily talk ourselves out of something that, deep within us, we know is right for us and we will react to the feelings of fear rather than acknowledging those feelings and responding by putting an action plan in place.
It is important to look at everything from a neutral place without judgment so that you can see that it just is. This way you can come to greater insight and understanding yourself. They remind you of the importance of going inward for answers as this is where you know will access the knowledge that you need.

In this podcast Sarah and Jez explore whether we truly value ourselves and within that discussion look at how we often make comparisons that aren't like for like. They ask whether you recognise the value in a course, an experience etc., to be comfortable in investing in it, not just from a financial point of view but time and energy too. They suggest that if you are meant to do something the universe will find a way of bringing that something to you. They also feel that valuing yourself links to belief in yourself, and suggest that when you believe you are worth investing, in you are more likely to take care of yourself.
They look at the importance of having healthy boundaries in place and being happy with who you are. They suggest that, when we truly value ourselves, we are open to opportunities and will embrace them and the change that they bring so that we can continue to learn, grow and develop.

In this session, Sarah and Jez explore what spirituality is and how it can mean different things to different people, as we are all at different places in our journey. They suggest that spirituality relates to moving out of your head and into your heart so that you start to explore the meaning of life as it is to you.
They also suggest that your understanding of what spirituality is can change as you move along your path and come to a greater understanding of yourself. They also discuss how each person's viewpoint will be slightly different but not wrong, and will relate to how they experience the world. They also explore how questioning things is important, as long as it is for the right reasons as it will help you to gain clarity and insight into what resonates with you, as spirituality is an individual thing.
